Return policy

We are committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction for our customers. If you are dissatisfied with the goods you've received, you have the option to take the following steps within 7 business days after receiving them:

  1. Return the goods along with proof of purchase.
  2. Cancel the entire purchase.
  3. Receive a full refund.

Please note the following conditions for all returned or exchanged items:

  • Items must be in their original sale condition, which includes being unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with original labels attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts;
  • Shipping costs will be refunded for faulty items, provided that the customer provides proof of the shipping amount. However, for "Change of mind" refunds, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines;
- intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases;
- a beauty product or fragrance which has been used;
- gift cards;
- health and personal care items;
- a sale item.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; 
where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged which is purchased within 30 days with the following conditions:
-  A proof of damage/defective must be attached in the exchange request.
- The replacement will only be sent out once the returned item has been received by us.
